Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@albegoitia.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been placed, we will not be able to cancel it. If your order is not yet in production, we will cancel your order and issue a refund per our refund policy. PLEASE review your order carefully before placing it.

Returns and Changes Policy

At Albe Goitia we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of delivery for orders delivered within the United States and the European Union. Please note that we do not offer returns for orders delivered outside of these countries.

To initiate a return or request an exchange, please send an email to info@albegoitia.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and further instructions.

Return Requirements

• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must not be altered, damaged or used.
• We do not accept returns of items purchased on sale or promotional discounts.

Return and Exchange Fees

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, even for an exchange.
We may deduct any return shipping costs and restocking fees from your refunds.
We may charge a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value, depending on the item and the reason for the return.

Benefits and Limitations of the Exchange

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the item is available in our inventory, we will not charge a restocking fee and it will be delivered with free shipping.
If you prefer to receive a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund, we will not charge you a restocking fee.
If after consulting our size guide you are not satisfied, we offer bespoke sizing to fit you, but customization fees will apply in addition to any restocking fees and shipping costs for both the returned item and the new item.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions.

We are a sustainable brand based in Madrid, Spain. We ethically manufacture our products without anticipating waste or harm to the environment or society, which is why we do not have stock on most of the items displayed on our website.

Part of our manifesto is to condemn excessive consumption, inviting you to make wise and quality purchases through exclusive handmade pieces. Our intention is not to penalize you but to be completely transparent with our conditions based on our ethics and values.

We make each piece to order and give our artisans 3-5 business days to complete it depending on its size and volume. Our products are specially handcrafted for you, and are free from material defects at the time of shipment.
